Upon my entry the line was all the way to the bathroom the food was good no complaints there but the service from the manager needed improvement I order my entree which was the bigger plate then I needed to make a 2nd order separate from my order but he charged it all together and then he told the cashier to charge it all as one when it was two separate orders. I clearly explained to the manager that I had two separate order. However the food is always great just wish that they would let you pay separate instead of trying to total it all together so they can charge additional prices for extra items meaning (extra entree price $4.10)

I have been here several times. To be quite honest the ONLY reason I visit that specific panda on occasion is the convenience of the drive through. To be quite frank, they have the WORST if any customer service skills through the drive through and dining in. I am amazed at how consistent they are with the poor service. Now it's not every person who works there, but most of those young women there have no soft skills or customer service mannerisms. Every visit I would go back and tell my husband the same thing, and the last visit he went with me and lo and behold they never fail with poor service and he was now able to first hand experience the poor service and he was not happy either. Training is needed.

Embarrassing to say, but I like to consider myself a regular. Lol There's no other panda in the valley I like more than this one. Food at other places have tasted funky but this location always makes the food taste really good. Amazingly fast and great staff! Best panda in the valley, in my opinion.

The food in this place isn't bad, but the staff need some customer service training. On my visit there were three youngish hispanic ladies serving a line of customers. They were speaking Spanish amongst themselves (which I found rude and unprofessional) and English to customers. The staff were very poorly organised, when my plate was dished up it stood for ages while staff were chatting and doing other things. I noticed other customers' orders standing too. When I progressed up the line the server could not appear to fit the lid on my teriyaki sauce pot. She did it fine for the guy in front, but she spent several minutes trying to fit this plastic lid on a pot, I was concerned about my food going cold at this point and patiently asked why the server doesn't try another pot, or lid? The server called Keyla pointed out the sauce was hot and needed to cool off before the lid would fit (this wasn't needed for the guy in front of me). I also pointed out that by this time my food was cooling off too. Keyla said to me "Well you don't want hot sauce to spit in your eye when you open the lid do you?" She was agitated and seemed to have an attitude problem, taking objection to me daring to pass comment. What's more when I went back for a knife she was not convincing in her efforts to find one. For a lot of the time in the eating area, there was an engineer standing ON the counter (see photo) at the drinks machine repairing someting on top. When he left, none of the staff wiped the counter top; kids and parents were touching the surface where he was standing and then they were going away and eating their food. None of the staff seemed bothered with the hygiene risk. There also screaming kids running around the eating area out of control, this was disruptive to other customers and the staff made no attempt to ask the parents to control them.
