The young lady here was working alone under pressure from multiple patrons and kept her cool, calming speedy professional manner to her. She noticed guests as they entered it was taking some time because she was alone and to please bear with her. The sandwiches were prepared with care and perfectly to order. She did a great job and the food was worth the wait and she made the wait friendly.

I'll always look for a Subway location near me. If you're an Ace Elite card member use the monthly awards feature and 10% off your purchase! Eat healthy and save money. This location has nice staff that seem to enjoy their job.

First off great overall service, we were the only ones to dine in so what I saw was very nice. I think it was the one employee alone today. But what got me was the extra help he gave to someone who was ina wheelchair. Offered to fill his drink for him, gave got the door for him, and helped him get over the bump in the door way that made it a little difficult for the man. He did this without being asked too, offered this stranger the extra hand. Now I understand that customer service is required but he went further. He was very friendly, helpful and patient but most importantly had a good heart. Not many people like this are left in the world but it brought me and my girlfriend some hope for good, compassionate people. I really hope that this comes around for the best for this individual who was able to serve everyone with ease and with the right attitude. The employee's name is Ian.

A worker named Lee has a downright disgusting attitude. Everytime I'm in this store he is so rude that I feel uncomfortable asking for my food the way I want it. The only reason I've continued going is because it's so close to my house but the drive to the subway on central and Thomas is well worth it to not have to deal with these workers. Almost every one of them has a nasty attitude. Not to mention the vegetables are always either old and withered or not ripe. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location.

Weak service from employee named Lee, very curt and unpleasant when asking about sandwiches. Seemed annoyed at just having to be there. Also, it smells like hardcore mildew. He even refused one of the manager's requests in front of the whole lobby, in a short and impolite fashion. She said "Please make sure you wipe down [something or other]." And Lee shouts "I'm NOT doing that I'm only here for two more hours!" Will not be coming back if I see this guy Lee's working. Shame too, I used to like this location.
