We had a wonderful experience. I came in with a young man that I've been working with who has autism. And the woman taking our order named Rosa was outstanding she walked him through the process and was incredibly patient. She was a true outstanding employee she might our experience wonderful she checked on him several times and engaged him in conversation.

Seems to be the best of the Arby’s remaining in Phoenix. I agree with Luis though: perturbations in their menu make it hard to know what they’ll actually be able to sell you at any particular time. You’re safe if you know ahead you’re craving a beef and cheddar.

The main reason I come here, like most people, is for the beef n cheddar sandwiches. Potato cakes and an occasional shake. I have tried several things from their menu but it's maddening that too much of the menu is seasonal. They have a great market fresh pecan chicken salad sandwich but good luck finding out when it will come around again. Because of this, I only eat here if I crave a beef n cheddar and that's a shame.

If u like very meaty sandwhiches go here. There restrooms are always sticky. Food is a bit of a wait but that was ok
