I always go to this location since it’s so close to my house but the past three times straight have been a nightmare. I just Waite 20 minutes for TWO HARD SHELL TACOS. Upon getting to the window the manager took my money and asked me for sauce napkins etc, another 5 minutes go by and the cashier is just standing chatting there are two guys dancing to music and the manager who said they would be right back with my food never came back. The cashier asks me again what sauce and then closes the window. Another 5 minutes and she opens the window throws me the bag and closes it so fast. Unfortunately their doors close and the drive thru is only open so I did what anyone would do and called then someone answered and just hung up. I’m beyond fed up so here I am. It is truly a bummer considering this is a nice location then the one by christown the service has truly taken a fat dump

This is my go to when the mcdonalds across the way is so impossibly crowded I can't invest that much time for ordering lunch. The fare is standard taco bell menu. They are generally pretty quick. While not my first choice of fast food, I will say that the people who work at this taco bell are some if the friendliest, nicest crew I have ever seen, exceptional customer service here!

The cooks can't seem to read their orders correctly and skimp on the insides. At least they left the lettuce off my tacos for my allergy... I double checked the screen and made sure the order was correct. Had to return to get the drink they forgot to give. Really disappointed.

It's so upsetting when you've had such a long day and you stop to get some food cause you're too tired to cook and they get your simple order wrong. I asked for 2 spicy tostadas and one order of cinnamon twisties. I got regular tostadas and no cinnamon twisties 😡
