THE PERFECT DINING EXPERIENCE. This place is magic. Hip, intimate, romantic, cozy, elegant, exciting, and INSPIRED! The young man who built and runs this place has found his calling in life. The place can't seat more than 100 people and no matter where you are, you're right on top of the open kitchen watching this incredible team craft gourmet meals while smiling and laughing. It's quite the synchronized dance. The food is exquisite...not cheap but worth it. I haven't even mentioned that it's within walking distance of my house in an assuming little spot you'd barely notice if you weren't looking. If you've got a special night coming up, this is the place. Its hard to describe the lighting in a bottle that is Restaurant Progress.

Restaurant Progress opened in February 2017 and their name is already in the list of hottest restaurants. To satisfy my sense of curiosity I had dinner there and I enjoyed it because of the atmosphere, the coziness, the food and the attentive service they provide. The kitchen, the bar and the serving tables are all in one area connected to an outdoor patio. Their menu is simple but unique and the word "Libations" is used for cocktails! Going there and coming back home I only wished that it was closer to me because of the long drive back and forth. The servers are attentive and kind and they all want to make sure that the diners are well taken care of. Their online site will be ready in a few months. An enjoyable dining.

Had dinner at Restaurant Progress this week, what an excellent find! We all sat at the bar top and had an amazing meal. The radish salad to start was amazing and then the orange Duck was also terrific. My wife had pasta and she is Italian American and she said was some of the best she's ever had and the same for her sister who had the Flat Iron steak and said was one of the best steaks she has ever had. The kitchen is amazing, it's smaller than our kitchen at home (and is essentinally right behind the bar and totally open in the restaurant) and how they have 4 people working in that space and turning out such incredible food is amazing and fun to sit and watch.

Great food and service! A salsa bar to go with the complementary chips - what a great idea! I recommend the creamy jalapeno. The restaurant is a converted house and the tables can be arranged for groups.

If you don't have dietary restrictions go in with an appetite and order the five course tasting menu. Amazing ingredients, amazing execution, and service. Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had.
