The worst customer service I’ve ever had in almost 19 years. We got a table our sever came took our order, about 10 minutes later she brought us our drinks. At least 3 other tables came after us and they got a table placed their order and even got their food while we were still waiting for our food. The manager asked at least 3 other tables around ours how everything was but didn’t even bother to ask my table. Our sever brought food but it was for the wrong table it was for one of the tables that got there 15 after we did. After close to an hour and no food yet in our tables We left... the manager asked how everything was we explained the situation and she asked the server in front of us and the server then said that our ticket never came trough, the manager then yelled at her in front of us. I can see why our server wasn’t doing her best, especially when the manager is isn’t doing a good job herself.

My family has our first days off in 2 months. We did an online order for pick up so we can stay at home and relax and eat. We were told 2:01 for pick up. I showed up at 2:02. They guy said online pick up? Then disappeared for 20 minutes. No word about anything. I had to stand while waiting because 3 teens that obviously knew workers took up the seating and wouldn't move. I don't expect a lot with the food since it was a puck up order. I Just wish it had been ready and people would jabs told me what was going on. Oh and seating while waiting would have been amazing.

We will definitely go back to this IHOP. The breakfast food is really good, the pancakes are the best ever, my only issue is the time between ordering and receiving your food. Restaurant is clean, employees are friendly and well-groomed, lighting and atmosphere good and on par with a normal breakfast type place, noise level is good. It is a bit loud in there, but you're not overwhelmed by the noise and you can have a conversation with the person you're eating with! I've been here twice. The first time it was a long wait between ordering and receiving food. The second time the wait was so long I finally got a hold of the manager. To make a long story short, the order had gotten lost. Once the manager understood the situation he got our order right out to us and comped our entire meal. I appreciate that, because he didn't ask us what he could do to make it better, he just did it and he did the most he could do. So we will be back! The takeaway here is to expect to wait up front at busy times, for example Sunday morning. And expect a little time between order and receiving food. If we go a couple more times it seems like the weight lessons between order and receiving food, I will definitely update. The reason I did not give this restaurant I V Star was due to the weight between ordering and receiving food.

This place has gone completely down hill. Service (waitress was good and that's the only reason any stars) however quality and professionalism from the manager was horrible. Written on their white board "Customer satisfaction is worthless Customer loyalty is priceless" Just... really?

I have gone a couple time to this location and I mean by couple about two time. The customer service is really bad they have young people that don’t take pride in being good servers. They take long to ask you if you want something to drink and yet take to long in bringing your food. Although you would think being an IHOP it is busy and of course you would have to wait patiently but for not having a lot of people in this location the staff is young and not interested in giving good customer service. Bad Management reflects on this location. Next time I will take the extra miles to go to a better restaurant than this one that is close to my home. Sad to say this about a place to eat.
