The food was so spicy we couldn't eat it. The girl working refunded your money. It still took us by time we waited 20 minutes in line. Another 20 minutes waiting on the food only to find out YOUR SWEET & SOUR pork was so spicy, that we couldn't eat it. So we killed the better part of an hour. For nothing.

Never disappoints. Staff is friendly, food is great. Way easier than dealing with parking at P.F. Chang's. Also, best crab puffs ever; super meaty without too much cream cheese. Lettuce wraps are amazing. And the Dan Dan noodle bowl is savory, spicy, and the cucumber adds a nice, cool crunch.

Restaurant was very untidy. Food was served to our table one setting at a time. After 6 to 7 minutes we all finally received our orders. The food preparation was disgusting. Orange Chicken was very dry, skinny portion served on brown rice in a soup bowl. The Spicy Korean Chicken was rubbery and chicken was cold. When we brought the poor quality to the attention of the on duty manager, he said the standards of food presentation and portions were preset by the corporation and was not in his control. There are many other better choices for asian cuisine in the area. I recommend avoiding this restaurant. 4.4.2018 The 'Owner' replied with a follow up note asking me to contact their office. I noticed it is the same standard letter they send in rebuttal to all poor reviews. After sending a follow up to their designated web address, 2 weeks later I still have not heard from anyone. In my opinion, the way this location is currently managed, dirty and poor food quality, you stand the chance of becoming sick. BEWARE.

I went to this location at 12:00 on 5/15 there was a female manager that was very unfriendly. She didn't have the decency to make eye contact when speaking to me. She treated customers and her employees like idiots. The nice cashier was friendly and served us perfectly. My food tasted like propane smells. I got the Japanese steak and shrimp Chile ramen.

Terrible customer service. We ordered online then drove 20 minutes to pick up food for them to tell us they were out of the entry we ordered, when they clearly had our phone number to call us and let us know before hand. The first employee laughed when I voiced my frustration and then the manager told me they couldn’t call because I don’t have an Arizona area code and they can’t call long distance. I have never heard of such a thing. Will not be back.
