I will not reorder from the Brown/Greenfield Rosatiâ€™s. The last FOUR orders through GrubHub they have been late. Iâ€™m not talking 5-10 minutes late. Iâ€™m talking 30-45 minutes late! I call every time wondering where my order is and I get nothing but the same apologies. Not only were they extremely late, they got our order wrong! How do you screw that up? I asked them to credit me and have the manager call me. No call yet! I will be demanding my money back. If you value your time, want your order correct and on time.......donâ€™t order from Rosatiâ€™s! NEVER AGAIN!!!

So I read the other negative reviews and wanted to give this place at least a chance. Well that was a mistake. I ordered a simple pizza I was told it would be here 45 minutes to an hour. And hour and a half goes by my guests have gone home. I call and tell them to cancel it. The girl informs me that the guy is five minutes away and all she is able to do is give me a $10 credit on my next order. As if I would use them again. Clearly they have policies that favor their best interest rather than bad of their customers. I have used Rosati's Pizza and had wonderful pizza from there for many many years as I am from Chicago. About 10 minutes later this guy shows up who has an attitude when I tell him that I don't need this pizza especially if it's cold -- more attitude. So I take the pizza and open it to find the pizza is dry is cardboard cold and not edible. My dogs wouldn't even eat it! Thinking that possibly I was dealing with minimum-wage knuckleheads that took the order I called back today I am told I'm talking to a manager. Shannon. That says it all doesn't it. My second choice for second manager was someone named Hannah ! Right... Manager Shannon tells me nothing she can do about it but she can put a $10 credit on my next order. Lemmings. I informed her I have no intention of purchasing anything from them ever again so what good does it do me to have a credit on my account. She said she could contact the owner and let the owner know because he was the only when I could make a difference ... I asked for the phone number of the owner I am told we are not allowed to get that out but that she would have him call me. For clarity I repeated, slowly, so you get my money I get cardboard and my only choice seems to be to buy more from you? That's right... right. Never again

Iâ€™m the GM for Moon Valley Nurseries. When I was at our Chandler location we ordered from RoSatis pretty often. Always a pleasant experience however Iâ€™m at the MESA location just tried to call n put in an order didnâ€™t seem like they wanted our business. I was told I needed a coupon for the deal I was trying to get.? Not true because the Chandler location was always able to do so never even knew u needed a coupon. She answered the phone and began to tell me they were an hour out for pick up n 2 hours for delivery.. Basically told me everything she didnâ€™t want to do to help me instead of just trying to help. Basically kuddos to both Chandler locations and this location definitely needs to work on customer service and definitely wonâ€™t be getting my business in the future !!!

The most disgusting nasty food... RUN AWAYYYYY... not only did these schmucks send me food that was spoiled, they have the nerve to keep making this poison. This place has the most disgusting food. I ordered dinner through Uber Eats last night. Their so called family recipe lasagna not only looked awful but was old and smelled spoiled. It clearly was frozen and microwaved. The sad little meatball that I ordered with it was black on the top and gray on the bottom. I didn't even taste it after tasting the foul lasagna. Their fried zucchini where greasy discs that had old coating and was so salty you couldn't eat it. Maybe that was their secret ingrient to cover disgusting. The cheese garlic bread was a sandwich loaf that had salty garlic butter spread on it with a slice of white cheese that was microwaved to melt. Save your money and stay away from this downhill restaurant.
