Speaker does not work properly. Corn dogs were soggy and undercooked. Maybe a bad day but definitely needs some upgrades.

I will say I like going to this Sonic more than any other so far. They have very good service, and I have had no complaints. A little pricey for some smaller items, but not horrible.

Morning staff sucks name of individual ellisa. They were upset because I ordered coffee and ask for a lot of cream and a lot of sugar I asked how they dispensed it if it was packets they informed me know and ask me how much cream and sugar I wanted I told him I do not know their method of serving cream and sugar so it would be hard for me to tell him how much I wanted so I just found them again a lot of cream a lot of sugar I think they thought I was being a jerk or a smartass but I was not. I got my breakfast it was a salty breakfast sandwich that they should have advertised as a solid little breakfast sandwich from how salty it was. Also when they gave me my receipt they dropped it on the floor and then turned around and walked away never once was I greeted with a good morning thank you for coming to Sonic or gratitude for spending my hard-earned money at their location. They fixed issue and gave me free lunch. District manager is awesome.

Horrible service! We waited over an hour for our food. We had three different orders and mentioned this before we placed our order, to be sure they could do it. They kept messing up and had to start the order over three different times. They even had to come out to the car to WRITE down the order. They forgot some of our order. Our food got cold. Our tater tots were cool when brought out, and we asked to get fresh tots and they said we needed to take them all out of the bag to “trade” them, so we just kept the cold ones. They got our drink order wrong as well, but got tired of waiting, so kept the wrong drink. They blamed the “bad” service on the guy bein “kinda new.” They tried to charge us for the items they forgot, even though we had already paid for them. I will not be going back to this location. This is the worst service I’ve ever had at a sonic. I am VERY disappointed.
