I had a coupon to use online, and the site kept kicking me off. I called nearest location to place order and was told that I could no longer use coupon. They had no idea why the site was messing up and they offered no further assistance in placing my order. They did say , "Ok, sorry." Then she ended the call. Her name was Donna. Too bad, because I had a big order. Horrible customer service!!

Understaffed, appetizer came out with entree's.. half the food was cold... Manager was very pleasant and understood my concerns she took care of our bill and even though the food was not the best.. the manager customer service was beyond words!! Thank you!!

We were sat right away as there was no wait when we arrived. We sat for 10+ minutes befor we were greeted. At this point we have seen the two tables next to us already get greeted and receive beverages. We ordered bar drinks and waters for all it took almost 15 minutes to receive the first beer and 7 minutes after we receive the final drink a frozen margarita . We still did not have the waters. It took about 30 minutes to revive our appetizers our food arrived befor we had time to enjoy our appetizers.we had seen our server at this point only to drop waters and walk away. All the food was good but my finances steak ordered well done it came out medium. but it took 10 minutes for the server to come check on how the food was so we could have it cooked correctly. and now here is what completely ruined the whole experience they put it in the microwave to up cook it it came back half the size and with the tough dark jerky edges I asked for the manager she came over and when I told her what happened and showed her the steak she chuckled and said agrees it looks microwaved and all she did was offer to take it off all she did was add a coupon for 10$ when that's not even half the price of the 2 for 25$. After every thing that went wrong and all the wait 10$ off did not make up for the ruined waist of time and disrespectful cook that would think it's ok to microwave and ruin some ones dinner.

Food was good but service was slow. They had several large groups in addition to ours. Orders were taken right away but kitchen took quite awhile to get the food out. Servers kept our drinks filled while we waited.
