Really a great quick bite to eat place. I'll admit I kind of overlooked it, but we got a coupon in the mail so we said why not. Nice that they offer different types of "burger" and the black bean is actually good! The person taking my order suggested it Arizona style and he gave such a great description, I felt no choice but to order it that way. It was a great choice, the jalapenos give it a kick if you're into spicy. On the receipt I got another coupon... I happened to have an impromptu lunch date a few days later so we decided to come here again. The person taking my order was just as friendly, although he didn't recommend anything, he was cheerful and chatty. Used the coupon and got another coupon. he commented that they like to make sure we come back again and again. The onion straws are really good and the tater tots too.

We went in there for the first time and ordered two burgers. My gf ordered her burger minus some type of sauce on there. We also ordered up some fries. When the lady went to get our ordered she noticed the cook did not make the fries. She told him that our ordered needed fries and then asked if he remembered to take the sauce off one of the burgers. He replied, "uh... Sauce? Yea, I took it off." She asked again if he was sure and he said, "yea, uh I'm sure." 20 minutes after we ordered we got our food. It was all cold expect for the fries and he still put sauce on the burger we asked for no sauce on.

The food is great and the people are nice, but an online order placed 45 before my arrival still took another 35 minutes to finish my order. That's 1hr 20min. Many others appeared to be waiting both for dine-in and take-out. Damn disappointing. Update: had to go back for the shake they forgot. That makes it a solid 1-1/2 hours for two burgers and fries. And, they were cold. Not lukewarm...cold. I could've bought, eaten, and passed a McDonald's meal in that time.

Tried to order on line, when I tried to put in special instructions it would only let me put in a few letters. I tried calling no one picked up the phone. I went to the store some of my food was not ready at the same time the others were and it was cold when I got home. :(

If you want your fast food slow this is the place to go. From standing in line to getting our food it was about a half hour. The food itself is pretty good and the price is reasonable. Of all the burger places to go, Smashburger is about in the middle as far as quality, price, and service.
