I have been in the drive thru for 10 min and still have not gotten to the speaker. Food always is pretty fresh when I come but they for sure don’t have their SOS down. Last week when I came at 12:30pm, right in the middle of lunch rush when the school was out for lunch break, they only had 1 register open. Couple of small tweaks to the staffing etc, and things would move a bit quicker.

First went through the drive thru and ordered two sandwiches two wraps and fries and asked for everything to be dropped fresh, after pulling up to the window I ask the girl if I needed to pull forward since it would be a wait on my fresh food she tells me everything is already up, so she hands me the bags i pull forward and pull into a spot to check the food NONE of it seemed fresh to me so I went inside and told them I wanted everything fresh a worker AND manager both tried to argue with me and said ok we’ll drop fresh for you again. I waited longer inside then I did in drivethru for the food to bring it home which I only live down the street for nothing to still seem fresh. I WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Drive thru always seems to have a long line no matter what time of day you go. Today I got home and was missing an order of fries. You would think as long as they take with your order they would at least use some of that time for accuracy.

I drove up on a Saturday night and Wendy's was packed so I decided to park my car and walk in I waited a total of 25 minutes to get 4 hamburgers which were dry inside the restaurant is nice and clean the service is friendly but they're definitely not fast
