Long John Silver's

I love seafood but I had no idea what to expect from a fast-food restaurant which specializes in seafood. The brand’s name apparently is taken from the novel “Treasure Island” in which the pirate “Long John” Silver is one of the main characters. The HQ of the brand is in Louisville, Kentucky and it was founded in 1969. The restaurant that I visited today which caters for both Long John Silvers and Taco Bell has been in place for the past 9 years and it was a neat place. My lunch which included golden fried fish and shrimps was fresh and delicious. They have franchising opportunities and also gift cards.

Had Long John's Silver meal for the 1st time, 15 years ago in Illinois, and was so disappointed with the heavily salted food, I never went back. Well today, that changed. Today, for the first time in 15 years, I am having my second chance and second taste of Long John's Silver. I received coupons in the mail a few days ago and remembered this place existed and wanted to try it again. I was excited all day at work to do so. I excitingly entered to the restaurant to the surprise of an almost empty and very clean place, as well as a uniquely designed setting. Music, though not my type, was at a perfect volume, not too loud or soft, just right. The young lady greeted me right away, and of course I excitingly tell her about my 2nd quest on my earthly journey here 😁, and she stares at me like " what would you like to order?". Just kidding, she listened and I made my order after. And she was patient because it was then I realized I left my produced coupons at home. So I quickly went online to their website and download the "$2.00 off variety platter" coupon. And even before I finished paying for my order "I KID YOU NOT when I say my name was called and my platter was ready! Due to reviews I read on my way here, I quickly checked my order and everything was hot, fresh, and melt in your mouth, and perfectly seasoned! Yes, my check time was 60 seconds (photo time included) , before I sat down and indulged in what is the best fast food I've had in a long time! I encourage everyone to try this place for themselves, before taking all bad reviews at heart. I am so glad, that on my eating healthier path, that my cheat day was done at Long John's Silver. Five stars for friendliness, cleanliness, quick service, and fresh food. And if you have not read as yet, there is also a Taco Bell combined here as well! How awesome is that? Long John's you've won back a customer!!!

Worst staff I've ever seen, they seemed like they didn't have a clue to what they were doing. Food was good. Staff and customer service -10. They need to hire some reliable employees that can properly communicate.

Excellent place to eat. They even have a tacobell attached to the Long John silvers building in case you want something different. Establishment is clean and the employees are friendly and organized.

Workers are friendly. Food orders are usually correct. The drive thru is always pretty fast. I'm rating only the Taco Bell part, as this location is a combination Taco Bell & Long John Silver's. I've never actually ordered anything from the Long John Silver's menu.
