I always come here and have great service. Tonight was different. Went out drinking with the boys and our host gave us a seat in a timely manner. We sat for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement from our waiter. I had to ask our host to get a waiter for us. Our waiter Victor finally came and didn't apologize for the long wait. Took a long time to get our drinks and food and it was a slow night. We eventually left with empty stomachs and thirst. 1st bad experience here.

I was there last night with friends having a good time and our waitress Krystal decides she doesnâ€™t want to serve the girls at our table drinks anymore because she thinks weâ€™ve â€œhad enoughâ€. Although she happily continued to serve our significant others. All we were doing was laughing and taking pictures causing no harm we were not stumbling when we walked to the bathroom. She had the worst attitude, itâ€™s almost as if she wanted to cut us off so we could be as miserable as she is. I had a long week and i think i deserve to have AS MANY drinks as Iâ€™d like. She then tried to throw the off duty police officer under the bus and said it was his decision, we saw her go to the police officer AFTER she talked to us about HER decision. She is just terrible, we then talked to the manager and he had her back the whole time didnâ€™t even try to make us feel better about the situation. It was the worst experience Iâ€™ve ever had i felt like she tried to belittle us and acted like we couldnâ€™t handle our liquor. She was the worst waitress i have ever had, she thinks she owns the place and is so rude. This is our local Applebeeâ€™s and i should be able to go there and drink whatever Iâ€™d like without feeling like someone is going to have control of MY drinks that theyâ€™re NOT paying for.

Atmosphere is okay. Arrived for lunch with the kids. Waitress was very courteous and attentive. Ordered the fried shrimp and salmon. Was not informed that salmon would have BBQ sauce put on it. Did not specify on menu.

This Sunday lunch was suppose to be my birthday lunch. My sister and both ordered the double crunchy shrimp. Well they were soggy. Like sitting in not hot enough oil. We were both very disappointed. The waitress was very nice. I don't think I will come back or recommend this Applebees . Very upset Carolyn

My granddaughter waited 20min to be seated the waitress walked by us an never said a signal word to us I had to track down someone then he told me he had to get a manager because this area was full.Let me tell you there were 8 people in that section. Manager..I think came over serviced us. Young people sometimes don't care how they treat customers. Rating 1
