Pretty quick as always. Food is okay and at least it's consistent with every panda express I've been to. On the plus side they loaded up my 2 item entree more than the others that I've been to. The streamed veggies are actually cooked perfectly. I'd rate 5 stars if the ingredients were fresh instead of previously frozen for the price.

Customer service made this review what it is. The manager and crew don't seem to have any. When customers bring issues to any managers attention they should consider and place some type of importance on them. This manager didn't seem to care much that the fountain drink machine was giving out syrup for soda. She seemed like she wanted to argue with me when I told her that my family complained it was gross to drink. She also didn't seem to care that the worker didn't speak to my 10 year old son correctly when he asked for the key to the bathroom. The worker said he told my son the key was on the counter and pointed to it before he walked away. My son said he didn't hear him say anything and stood there waiting. When my son started looking towards the other side of the counter and my husband approached the counter, is when another worker gave him the key. When we brought the behavior to the managers attention she was argumentative again and was not at all empathetic or caring. Never once was an apology given to us or my son. As a matter of fact when I told the worker my son didn't hear him, the worker told me that's not his fault my son didn't hear him! These young kids that work at this chain need a rerun lesson in customer service. The service was slow and the food eh but a great customer service environment would have made me over look all the short comings on the food and the cleanliness of the floor. Safe yourself a trip and go to the next panda down the street.

Panda express has good food places and not so good food places. This one has a good product and is popular. Folks are friendly and efficient. Worth the visit.

Been here couple of times and always the service provided by them is quick and friendly. The food tastes great every time i have been here with clean sitting. People working here are wonderful, especially Blanka.

Manager at night will argue with anyone over a complaint. She has to have the last word. Staff was okay except the cashier was handling food after working the register and didn't wash his hands. He also talks low and tried to argue as well when the manager was confronted about him and the soda machine. Not a place to go at night otherwise good for lunch. Manager said that we are the only ones who complained the soda tasted like syrup so it wasn't a big deal. The whole time we sat there other customers were waiting for food to be made.
