Not bad pizza at all. If you want something different, thin crust pizza, go here. The sandwiches, the Greek salad, the wings are all good here. Takes a while to get your order of delivered, but that's ok because they are really busy. Nice drivers also. They do a really good job here. I would highly recommend

Depending on who's making your pizza, it can be hit or miss; mostly hit . Crispy crusts, nice combo of sauce, cheese and toppings. Every once in awhile you may get what I call the trainee pizza, a wet with too much sauce, gooey mess. Luckily, this is rare, the staff is great and willing to correct any issue. Good value, as a medium pizza with topping is about $8.00. Tasty wings and sandwiches. Online ordering and local delivery.

The pizza is pretty good but I've ordered from them 3 times in total; once for delivery and twice for pick up. Each and every time there has been an issue with my order... If it wasn't for their lack of quality control and customer service they would totally get 5 stars. My recommendation to the owner of this establishment is to make sure you have a proper quality control process in place. Train the employees on how to reach out to customers if there is an issue with the order so they can resolve the issue before hand versus the customer being completely blind sided when they receive their order. Communication is key as well as empowering your employees to resolve the issue before it becomes a bigger issue.

Oven baked subs are amazing and the pizza is a good value. The store isn't always managed very well but neither is the McDonald's next door so I guess that's just the norm with teenage-run food service nowadays. Overall, I would recommend you give them a try.

This is my first time coming to Pizza Romano, and I will say it won't be my last. There is great customer service, I want to give my thanks to Damien for being so polite and helpful. Along with the manager in the end, he was also very polite and asked us if we wanted a cheese cake on the house, its great to know everyone here cares about their customers. To be honest I had a bad day, a friend of mines past away from cancer. And Pizza Romano's customer service and good food helped me not think about that as much today. So, thank you guys for making my day a little bit better.
