Waited for my food for about 25 minutes, the first server running the food was extremely rude and pissed me off. I pull up to the window to speak to a manger and the night shift manager at this store is amazing! Gave me the refund I asked for and was very pleasant to speak with. Left in a good mood after talking to him.

They have the WORST COSTUMER SERVICE never fails on having to wait.. They mess up orders take their time and really don't care. Spoke to management several times but yet nothing changes. Mind you i work down the road so would be nice to get lunch with a decent time but nope, you would think they got it together after a yr of nonsense

I had ordered a large sweet tea, and a burger. A few min went by, and the manager game out and said it's going to be a longer wait because they were making a fresh batch of sweet tea. When they came back out the fave me my path sweet tea and my burger PLUS a rt 44 sweet tea and another burger! Beyond happy with their customer service!

Slushies, ice creams, drinks in general are okay but the food it's not. I always go back thinking this time "they will not mess up my order" and they do.
