I ordered a soft shell crab basket (8) with Cajun fries and a calamari appetizer totaling $25.76, only to be completely underwhelmed by the food. I arrived exactly 15 minutes after placing the order, which is what time they said it would be ready. 1) All of my food was room temperature when I got there. Had you told me it would be ready sooner, I would have been there. 2) My 8pc soft shell crab basket only had 6 pieces. Each piece was 1/4 of a crab. I’m not sure what happened to the other 2 pieces. Maybe someone needed a snack. 3) I was told I was receiving tartar sauce, ketchup, and cocktail sauce, but instead, received marinara, which is fine too but it would be nice to know what to expect. The same with the ketchup. It would’ve been nice to know that it was SPICY before hand. This was my first time in this restaurant, which should’ve been a dead giveaway by all of the questions I asked about the menu but it wasn’t. Therefore, it would’ve been nice to have a little more guidance in the first-time Customer experience.

My mom and I went for my grandmother for the first time as a late mother's day gift and I wish we had went to angry crab instead. There was only one person out taking care of everyone who came in. We asked her if anyone was back there to help her and she said she kept calling you the back for someone to come out and at least get drinks and no one was coming. Really!? None of the tables were being cleaned, our food came out pretty warm, and the food wasn't even good. Idk who Stephanie is but she did her best with literally no help, and there was one girl that came out for less than a minute, she gave my table a roll of paper towels then gave one other table drinks then left and didn't touch any of the dirty tables. This place sucks, and the food is just as bad.

A neat experience. If you are new order the get your feet wet. It will start you off correctly. They will teach you how to eat the crawfish and explain the menu to you. Enjoy!

Came into the restaurant tonight for the great food as always and in hopes of a somewhat great customer experience. Unfortunately, this restaurant is always busy and it’s hard to find great customer service. Well tonight my girlfriend and I where lucky to have Bianca D. as our waitress. She was very nice and assertive even though she got busy at times she apologize and made sure we got everything we needed. She never once forgot about us. She was able to not only provide such great customer service but she was able to talk with us briefly as it slowed down and she made us feel welcome into this crazy busy place. If a manager or owner sees this review. We hope you know that there are few people that work at Hot & Juicy that care enough to appreciate the customers in such a chaotic atmosphere. Please recognize the special ones like Bianca because of her you get regulars that keeps us coming back!
