I used a coupon at this location for the deep sea fish combo. Their fries are unmatched. The drive thru workers were hard working- they had a ton of business. I asked for Sweet Iced Tea but they gave me cola instead. I wasn't angry nor did I go switch the drink. It was lunch hour and they were getting slammed. I came back later that day, used a second coupon, and left a tip. Great location.

Several years ago I lived extremely close to this location and had a taste for a few things on their menu. Fast forward to June of 2017, when I started driving past it for work and would stop once a week for food and more importantly, the banana shake. My very first experience back - no milkshakes. Literally until the end of summer, this place couldn't sell me a milkshake. After several visits, I got my first in late August. Since then, I manage to purchase a shake once every third visit, if I'm lucky. Nothing against the staff, and it sometimes takes a little bit to get your food. I have no issues with either of those. But man, if you get a shake from here, you're quite lucky.

I didn't get what I ordered. simple. I ordered a number 4. It didn't have tomato like it mentioned on the menu, very very very little lettuce, a very very very thin red onion. no napkins, no ketchup. I understand if I have to request napkins or ketchup but the burger?! I don't understand how someone that makes burger all day misses items in the burger. I would have taken it back but I rode my bike to this location on my lunch break and by the time I got to work to eat my meal, I would have to return to work. it's not worth my gas to drive over after work. I just don't like businesses that advertise a product that they are selling and then don't provide after transactions. I did not receive what I paid for.

I love Rally's but this location has to be the worst in America.. The owner of this franchise needs to be kicked in the ass and slapped hard before Rally's end their franchise agreement with him. The reason why this place is so slow ( probably the slowest in America: wait time here is 15-25 mins, sometimes more) is because they only have TWO PEOPLE WORKING INSIDE. The same person who makes your sandwich also takes your order, takes money from you wearing gloves and goes back to making sandwiches wearing the SAME gloves.. its beyond disgusting. But I don't blame the crews there because they are forced to do these things.. There should be at least four people working at this location but the cheap owner would not allow more than two people at the same time. This is the reason why the cashier will take your money wearing gloves and then go back to making sandwiches wearing the same gloves. And it's also the same reason why this place is so slow ( has to be the slowest fast food place I have ever seen in my life). I really hope Rally's shut this place down and never allow the owner to own any Rally's franchise in the future.

Loved their coupons and specials. Equally as good was their desserts! This place is a pleasant suprize.
