Yes, all fast food restaurants should make food exactly the same. Yet, Panda Express makes their food from raw ingredients right in front of you, so there is a bit of talent in preparing each dish. The cooks at this Panda do a very consistent and great job. I typically get orange chicken, kung pao chicken, mixed vegetables, steamed rice, mushroom chicken, and/or teriyaki chicken. I have always been happy with how good it is prepared. I never park in the little shared lot since there is a ton of traffic going in and out. I park at the edge of the Food City lot and walk the short distance. I avoid all the bad parking and potential for parking lot damage. Also, fill out the survey on the back of your receipt and you get a free third side item.

The name on my receipt says Alexa L. She is amazing best customer service I've ever experienced. I will definitely be returning .

Place generally packed and you have to wait for general entres, there is only one cook. The staff isnt very bright and they under-fill the plates unless they know you. My kids meal was missing the entre (see picture) i called and and the employee wanted me to drive 15 miles to get a kids size portion. Didnt offer to compensate in any way for the mistake. Bad customer service from employees that just dont care. Go somewhere else for Chinese!
