Stopped by to get a couple of sandwiches for dinner. The service was great, they even made my son's custom sandwich with no problem. The sandwiches were very tasty. The wheelchair access was fantastic, easy ramps and plenty of space in the aisles.

Subway is losing it. Prepackaged meats and veggies, tasteless cheeses, and their employees tend to be rude and are too fast to push you through the line, skimping on your condiments. Jersey Mikes, Pot Belly and our home town favorite, Eegee's and Hogie House beat Subway every time.

They've messed up my drive thru order more than once. But they're always quick to fix the error or give me a free sub for the hassle. Despite that, the food is always great and the staff is always cheerful. Love coming here for lunch breaks.

I ordered a 12 inch bmt with no cheese but I did not recieve a sandwich with no cheese; instead I got a sandwich with cheese. The cheese was well hidden under the mayo and veggies. I ordered it for my husband and he's allergic to dairy. His throat closes up when he eats dairy and becomes ill and weak for a couple of days. My husband checked the sandwich before eating it, obviously he did not see the cheese. He ate half of it before realizing there was cheese. This should not be taken lightly. I understand people make mistakes but this is a mistake that can prevented in the future if it's taken seriously. I called the store and I asked for the manager and of course the manager wasn't there. When I told the worker what had happen she said sorry in a careless tone and it sounded like she chuckled. This all goes back to the manager they need to train the employees better and fire them if mistakes like this happens more than once. I could care less for a refund. I would like for people who work in the food industry to be more aware of how a mistake like this can hurt people physically and to prevent it from happening again.
