I had a very serious issue occur while visiting this McDonalds store, involving my special needs daughter. My perception of one of the staff member’s behavior was that “they†were mocking her. I expressed my disenchantment (anger and disgust) via this review forum as well as a local community chat forum. As a result of my post(s), word got out on the street very quickly, VERY QUICKLY! I was contacted via another chat forum and was encouraged to contact store leadership. After I cooled off, I called and spoke to the store manager. Her name was Lori. I was greeted on the phone by her saying, “I am so glad you called! We have been scrambling trying to figure out what happened. We take this very seriously and we want to clearly understand how this happenedâ€. I am not going to share any specifics of our conversation but I will tell you that that Lori sincerely wanted to understand the issue, not from a store manager’s point of view (well… of course she did… it was part of her job), but from a parent’s point of view. To say that I was IMPRESSED with Lori’s commitment to identifying and clearly understanding what caused me to feel the way I did, is an understatement! I want everyone reading this to understand that this issue was dealt with by McDonald's in a very professional manner! Thank you Lori!!

I've waited to post a review since their remodel in hopes there may be even more improvements. The workers could be more friendly and not appear so wrapped up in each other's conversations forgetting their customer service skills. I've left there many times with the wrong order. Still go back as I enjoy the food. Just some things to improve on.

My five-star goes to the breakfast I ate here. Very hot and fresh, well-prepared. I haven't had lunch here so I can't speak for it. Breakfast was on point tho.

Food is your standard McDonald's food. If you like McDonald's food, you'll enjoy it. I reduced the stars because I HATE their new "help yourself" system where you order your own food at a kiosk instead of with a human being. It's now impossible to customize an order (ex: no pickles or onions on my toddlers burger)...

Tonight's crew was really nice and very efficient. I placed my order, paid, and someone was there to hand me my drinks and let me know that the fresh french fries would be 30 seconds longer. What impressed me was that despite the wait not being a significant amount of time, they let me know what was going on and made sure I received professional service. Great job!
