Best Mexican restaurant out in Rita ranch. We just moved out here and have been to this place at least once a week. Their shrimp tacos are amazing. The dinner plates are phenomenal. And you have to have their patron margarita. So bomb. Plus the salsa they give you to start with is really good! Gets super busy in the evenings so get there early if you can.

Very nice. My friend and I ordered the fajita plate for two. It was $28. Plenty of food for both of us, and we both wound up taking enough home for another complete meal. It was delicious. The service was excellent. Our waiter kept a close eye on us without intruding. There is handicapped parking and this lovely restaurant is easily wheelchair accessible. I believe Rancho Rustico Restaurant will be a big hit with those on the East side. It's new, so may take some time. Oh, order their lemonade! Best I ever had. Enjoy!

Stopped in on Mother's Day about 11:00am. No big crowds although it did get busier after about an hour. Lots of wait staff, so no delays. Food is good Sonoran Mexican. We will definitely go there again!

Don't get me wrong....the service here is fantastic and the waiters are very friendly, but I rate the food a 3. The name Rancho Rustico implies "authentic". It's not. Our chips could have been fresher, the rice looked like gluten and too much fat in the refried beans. My husband ordered the Macho Burrito and wasn't impressed. On the bright side, the salsa was delicious! We have been to many other Mexican restaurants, and in comparison, this one is not at the top of the list.

Good, tasty food at reasonable prices. A lot of families, hence a high noise level. Worth trying if you live nearby - not worth an extended drive. Will go again.
