This place is horrible, Never hot and ready. Worst cust service be ready to spend at least 20 minutes waiting even when you order online.

Hit or Miss with the customer service. Some are AMAZING and some are the worst so let me start with the worst. They pout and whine when they have to work and decide to talk rudely about customers behind their counter where they feel safe. Sometimes they give our dirty looks when they have a big order. I've worked in retail and I gotta say, I felt so bad for customers because of this service. Then there are those who are awesome. There is a young blonde girl who is down to earth and very nice but treated RUDELY by customers but still gets the job done with amazing service. I give it 3 stars cause some of the pizza is pretty good, customer service defiantly needs to be worked on.

We've had issues in the past with getting pizza that has been sitting around a while, pizza that hasn't been cut, staff being rude, however our latest experience is what gets this rating....we ordered the new BBQ brisket pork pizza, it had to be made, what was given to us was a pie with over 2 and 1/2 inches of crust from the edge in, and only about 2 and 3/4 inches of toppings (a standard pie has 1" of crust from the edge). While it did taste good, this is seriously what's deemed acceptable? You're paying almost twice the price for a "specialty" pie and getting a pie with less toppings than their standard pies. It's disgusting.

Their assistant manager is rude and was combative when he messed up an order. I work in retail and have never had such bad customer service in my life. Won't be returning.

Hit or miss with the pizza. My issue is seeing employees with sagging pants. If you are working then please pull up your pants. If you are not working do whatever you want. I'm sure Little Caesar's has a dress code. If not they should.
