Great place for BBQ and reasonable prices! Our relatives in Phoenix say that this Famous Dave's is much better than the one by them and the only time they go to a Famous Dave's now is when they come down to visit us. Food is always good (we get the ribs) and the staff are always friendly and attentive. We go here fairly often.

I had the two meat combo consisting of the Texas brisket and the sweet salmon and both were perfectly delicious. The root beer was Fizzy and cold and our waitress made sure that our glasses were always full. If anything she was almost too attentive because I have a tendency to talk a lot when I go out for food with my friends and family and I almost felt bad because she kept coming to check on us and there I was, still talking and had not looked at the menu yet. But she was very courteous and told me she did not mind that I was slow. My dad was afraid the meat would be dry because he had seen a picture online but the food we had on our plate was moist and delicious and I cannot think of a single thing that I would change.

Used to be my favorite bbq spot but since they changed their slathered style to rub style not so much anymore, getting them slathered style is still not that great because they put it over the rub. I wished they'd go back to their original style. The new paint job does not look appealing Does not have the same feel from the outside

The only decent BBQ i have found in town. Service is good but not exceptional. The BBQ sauce is kinda sweet, so if you like that sort of thing. Not inexpensive but a good value for the price.
