3.5 stars is what I'd give them if I could. The food is good, especially the bacon-wrapped shrimp. The atmosphere is cozy and yet festive and the service is prompt and polite. If you're tight on money, you may want to steer clear though. It's not REALLY expensive, but I felt like the bill was a tad steep for the actual meal itself. Bottom line: It's a place worth checking out if you're not on a tight budget and you're not feeding a bunch of mouths.

Food was pretty average mexican food. The server was great! Very prompt and polite. We had a save around coupon book we use to go place to try different spots around town. Before our meal we inquired we could use it. Then after the meal when we tried to use it we were given a hard time about it by the same guy who said we could use it. I bought the coupon book from a fund raiser and only use it to try new places. It's a shame you chose to give bad customer service to people using your own issued coupons. Won't return again only because of the poor customer service.

My family and I LOVED Ole until tonight! The experience we had with our waitress and food was terrible, just absolutely terrible. Our orders were wrong to the point where our waitress was like wait you didn't want "this kind of burrito " oh so you wanted "a different burrito?" She was completely distracted when taking our order so I can see why our 2 meals were wrong. I don't find it pleasing to not be able to enjoy my meal with my family but I have to eat my meal after they are done because they had to make the correct meal. We have also done carry out numerous times where the same order would always be wrong and were told some of the cooks just don't care. After tonight's experience, we are fed up and don't believe we will ever eat from Ole again.

The food was good, rice is fluffy just how my dad makes it. Didn't care for the red sauce to be dumped all over my plate. Ordered the chicken enchiladas and didn't ask if i wanted red or green sauce, not sure if you have to specify or not. Has outdoor seating, carpet is a no no in a restaurant .
