Phenomenal is the only way to describe the service we received here. My husband and I went here for the first time, and we were greeted by a wonderful and accommodating hostess. When our waiter Steven came to the table, it was all smiles and he was so friendly. He helped us through the menu and his smile never faltered when it came to his service. The food was jaw-dropping it was so great. Everything was brought to us hot and fresh and it came out quicker than we could eat it. At the end of our dinner the general manager Christie came out to greet us and find out how our dinner was. We were astonished. Steven even threw in some complimentary muffins for us to take home. We left full and happy and we will be thrilled to return.

I had this place ranked at 5 stars but just lowered it. The food is marvelous and I loved this place but my last experience was not so great. The service was not attentive and I had to repeat my drink order. I work for tips and always tip well. Nobody came back to take care of the check so I left cash and just left. I still left a tip and hope people won't judge a book by its cover.

I eat here often. The different things I've tried on the menu were all good except the turkey dinner. I like the Chicken Pot Pie and the French Pot Roast. The service is top notch and as near perfection as can be. These people know what they are doing.

My spouse and I were in for brunch last week and, it being the holidays, it was packed out the door. Since there were just two of us we didn't mind waiting. Not long after we got our food (which: yum!) and I had downed several espressos, an elderly couple came in and sat down at an empty table which was being prepped for a reservation party. The staff was kind to them, but the couple didn't seem to understand that they would have to wait for a table, so we asked to be moved to a table that was just clearing so the staff could use our table for the reservation party. No big deal, they moved us to a booth and continued to serve us as wonderfully as always. When we asked for our check we were told that because we had given up our table and moved, the location manager had given us our $45 brunch on the house. We were stunned, as the level of food and service was so good we would never have asked for that kind of treatment. We did manage to make sure our server was well tipped, as she was awesome, but Mimi's just got a very loyal customer in me. We'll be back. Thank you!

My partner and I dined at Mimi's for lunch. We were seated promptly. Our server was polite.....but sooo slow. The food took a long time to arrive and our server didn't come back to offer a coffee refill. My corn chowder was delicious. The salad and dessert were mediocre. Part of my partner's meal never came at all and the rest of his meal was lukewarm.
