Must have been an off night based on other reviews. The "sea bass" was a solid brick of overspiced dry white God knows what kind of fish. My wife who likes her steak well done was treated to a truly overdone burnt offering. The lobster risotto was salty and overcooked. Her potato, twice baked was an onion bomb. Literally one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had, made all the worse by this being the only restaurant at the Ventana. $100 PER PERSON for something i wouldn't feed my dog is outrageous.

Ordered the table side guacamole and a half rack of dry rub ribs. Words cannot describe the intense flavors of both. There is nothing to improve upon. The food was really outstanding

My wife and I wanted to try something different so we noticed The Flying V was highly recommended on trip advisor. This place did not disappoint. We started with the calamari, it was wonderful! For our main course we went with the highest recommendation from our waiter John, which was the ahi tuna and the beef tenderloin. It was amazing! We had no room for dessert but we finished our evening with nice sipping tequilas. We will indeed come back! Great food great service!

Our server Scott was very nice! The food was amazing. Would recommend any of the dishes here. I had the New York Steak and my husband had the scallops. Just perfect!
