Just visited the Sunrise Cafe for the first time, and ordered the gyro at the suggestion of my daughter who has been here before. She was spot on; it was one of the best gyros I've ever had! The flavors that were combined into that one perfect pita were out of this world! Right before we walked in, a family group of about ten arrived. We waited patiently to place our order, and when we did, the gentleman (the owner?) said he would try to get our two gyros out as quickly as possible, which he did. I will definitely be back, and in the meantime, will be dreaming about that delicious gyro.

Big portions, great hummus. Gryos were a little dry, but easily fixed with extra tzatziki sauce (purchased from an outside store. The tzatziki sauce at this place is flavorless). Feta on the gyros costs extra. The problem is the price. Three sandwiches, falafels and extra pitas were 65$. It was definitely not worth that. Polite staff, though.

Food was okay, I think the fries were previously frozen and the gyro meat was dry. The server seemed put out, and had zero customer service skills. If you want really good gyros, schwarmas and fries, go to Shish Kebob house on Broadway, they are way better.

I'm a big fan of the Gyros at the Sunrise cafe. They're always Super Fresh and not overpowering with garlic like most out there. Portions have gotten a little bit smaller over time so that was just slightly disappointing otherwise it would have been a 5-star review

The food was delicious! The service was fast and friendly. Definitely a great place to eat!
