Went here with my husband and 2 little kids for my daughter's 3rd birthday (She wanted pancakes for dinner). Had to wait in line at least 5 minutes before being seated and no one even greeted us the entire time waiting. The people before us left before even being seated. I asked for something special for her birthday and he said sure but never did. Never was offered highchairs either. Took forever to get our order taken and an eternity to receive it. I asked for the kids' food first but got everything at the same time. All of our pancakes were burnt and didn't taste good inside or out, my eggs were barely cooked when I asked for at least over medium. The sausage were nasty, I have no idea what brand they were but inside the casing it was like mushy wet dog food (taste and texture). The coffee was bitter and tasted about a week old. They got the juice right is about it. Never going back again.

I’d give no stars but that’s not an option Horrible customer service. I ordered 3 meals online and had my boyfriend pick them up, he told me that the manager “Raul” was confused. Apparently he doesn’t know about the online ordering system... how is he a manager? Second my boyfriend arrived home with the food and I noticed they forgot my daughters order. So my boyfriend went back to pick up the missing item. I called and spoke to this “Raul” character and he’s definitely incompetent. He refused a refund and or gift card for their negligence. He said he could write down on a peice if paper that we are owed free meals. Hmmm... Not to mention the French toast was horrible, it was more like pan fried bread with butter. Never eating from this place again.

I'm only giving it 1 star because I have no other choice. First of all when we walked in we were never greeted despite someone up front. The waitress asked where we would like to sit and proceeded to walk ahead of us dropped of the menus at the table and left. 25 minutes later another waiter asked what we would like to drink. Two waiters one female which only noticed was helping two tables when the entire restaurant needed service. 30 minutes later we were able to finally order put food. Tables dirty all around us of previous customers. Customers grabbing their own utensils since they weren't provided. Dirty floors. Worst food service I have ever in my life encountered most definitely will never return.
