We have had an overall great experience as out-of-town visitors from the East Coast. Excellent service and good food! We only went to the drive through and that was a bit awkward at first since we didn't realize you had to drive around a building to get in line. Thankfully it wasn't busy on a Thursday night and the woman who took our order was courteous, efficient and helpful. The menu is simple and straight to the point which makes it easy to choose an item or meal quickly. I especially love how inexpensive it is! We only had to wait a minute longer for the fries but at least we knew they were made fresh. Definitely worth it to check out!

This location used to be great, I don't know what has gotten into them lately. I've ordered the Flying Dutchman, an off the menu thing that they know about several times with the fried in mustard and mustard on top -something the location in Costa Mesa can do very well - and this location just can't get it right. They've even failed on my cheese fries a couple times. I've complained to corporate and gotten the vouchers and everything but whoever cooks the burgers here is just stubborn and awful and just can't even bother to get it right. Be advised that if you are trying to avoid bread to avoid this location. They can't do a Flying Dutchman at all. There have also been a couple times that there has been no one outside at all and there were 30+ cars waiting, wrapped around the entire parking lot. This location has issues and I'd recommend avoiding it altogether.

No matter how busy they are, you can always rely on them to make sure to get it right the first time. I am willing to wait for an accurate order over getting a wrong order fast.
