I was surprised after finally visiting this establishment. For the last decade, the restaurants which have come before this one have been very bad and that's an understatement. Monarch really made me regret not coming here sooner and more often. We had four individuals and our total with tax was $60. I believe that the price was fair when you take into consideration the quality of the food, employees, and establishment in general. If I had any complaint, it would be with the lack of spiciness and maybe the portion size. The decorations are abundant but simple to where it all blends seamlessly with each other.

The food here is great. Would recommend the egg rolls to anyone coming here. The service was pretty fast and helpful. I would probably come here again.

We were pleasantly surprised about how authentically Vietnamese the food is. Best part is the food was flavorful without the msg. Service staff were warm and helpful. Definitely a place to go back over and over again.

Great food, and very healthy (specifying gluten free and vegan options)! The service is fast but most importantly, this family run business is probably thee most friendly and welcoming place I've been to. This is one of my family's favorite place!

A little pricy but this is in southern California so you should expect that. The food was delicious and in decent portions. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff are prompt and friendly. Definitely a date place but also good for a work day lunch. I do recommend.
