The only reason we did not give this place 5 stars is due the the average quality of the food. The staff, location and restaurant layout is great. For the type of restaurant, Capital Grill, Water Grill etc. I would expect the food to be a step up. We have been here 3-4 times, because my in-laws live close and generally the food has been on the same level each time. The Bar staff are very professional and take great care when preparing your drink. Our server was great, friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was nice, we had a evening dinner reservation. Arrived and was immediately attended to. We didnt wait to long for our seats. The whole location has great views, especially during the sunset. The only negative I can say was it was a bit too dark. The atmosphere is candle light dinner. The service was good. The food was good. I had the prime rib steak medium rare and it was cooked very good. Juicy with the right amount of meat to fat ratio for my taste. This is a great date location. There is only valet parking. The price of the food is comparable to any fine dining establishment.

The view was gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was exactly what we were hoping for! The only reason I gave four stars is for the service. The waitress brought a Coke instead of an iced tea. My husband ordered a steak and full lobster tail...the never brought the lobster tail. We weren't in any rush, but the waitress didn't come back to our table for 30-40 minutes at one point. Awesome place if you're easy going like us and if you're not in a hurry.

Our company Christmas party was held here. From valet parking to the spectacular views, this is a great place for a celebration! Our chicken dinner was small yet tasty. I'm hoping our next holiday party will be held here as well (more food please!

This restaurant is the place to visit to get the best view of Orange County. I've visited for both dinner and brunch. The drinks are great and the view is fantastic but the food and service are average. My wife and I ordered the Chateaubriand for Two during our dinner visit...the Tableside presentation was neat but the dish was average. The steak was cooked medium rare (on the money) but the sear could be improved. When we visited for brunch (with 3 friends) my wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and I the omelet. The food took over an hour to arrive and when it did the eggs Benedict were incredibly runny...the rest of the dishes were well done. When I visited for brunch they seemed to be preparing for an event; however, great restaurants are distinguished by their ability to manage both events and customers.
