I was a regular customer at this Subway until today when I ordered my regular sandwich. No one said anything to me that the price pf my sandwich has been jacked up by $2.50 when I went to pay for it. They insisted that I pay the higher price and I refused. So, they went ahead and threw my sandwich away into the trash can instead of making a one time exception. The management of this place doesn't seem to care about customer service nor about children and people that are starving today. They wasted good food that could have fed someone just because the couldn't make an extra $2.50 from their regular customer that eats there 2-3 times a week. Now I won't go back there again and they lost a customer for life. The management of this establishment should find a different profession.

Normally I come here and everything is fine but today Rosy's service was bad. First of all she did not put in my add on on the sandwich in the correct portions. Second of all she was very slow. Normally I don't mind but when you are slow I expect everything to be as close to perfect as can be. Then I went home to eat my sub and when I opened it the sub fell out of the wrapping. This means she did not wrap my sandwich the correct way. I have worked at subway before and I expect more. ROSY just made this experience at subway the worst.

There's a line when I go but then again college students go there and it's near lunch time. Other than that the service is pretty fast, the place is always clean and the food is delicious.

Don't bother coming here. Not only are the people rude, but they are not sanitary. I've seen them making a sandwhich, then handle money with the same gloved hands then go back to making a sandwhich. Also the owners of this place have a little dog that they frequently have inside the restaurant behind the counter. When I saw the dog sitting on the food counter (same side as the employees by the food) I commented about it and was told that if I don't like it I should go somewhere else.

Theyre nice as long as youre nice to them, seen a customer yell at a kid working there for putting on mustard when he wanted honey mustard, even after the kid asked a few times if he wanted mustard and replied yes like 3 times. Just one employee who bothers me is a short heavy set girl, she always seems to be short with people, otherwise a nicespot when youre hungry :)
