I was surprised to read about a perceived "racist attitude". I was there on 3/31/18 and had no issues. It is possible that people that don't take the time to try and understand the language barrier might think they are being mistreated. We had excellent wait staff and while it was difficult to understand some of what was said, if you kindly and asked the servers to repeat, they were happy to help. If you have never been before and did not know what you needed to do to get dim sum, it could be a little overwhelming but we had a great time and I would go again. We had dim sum and it was hot and very good.

Best Dim Sum place in Orange county. Dishes are presented in the traditional trolleys. Service staff are always quick to jump in and help, always friendly. Managers are always easily accessible to solve any problems the wait staff can't handle. The dim sum dishes are masterfully prepared. Every dish tastes exactly right; as someone born and raised in Hong Kong, I am thoroughly impressed! Really looking forward to my future returns.

I like to come here on Tuesdays for their peking duck specials (about half off). The duck here is tasty with a crispy texture and comes with buns and puffy chips. I also enjoy the szechuan scallops, yang chow fried rice and chow fun.

I can confirm the the racist attitude. I could tell from her face that she hated our guts entering with that color and even bringing a toddler! From there it went southward; we left during ordering. The Spectrum has way classier places with great food to offer
