Food 4/5. Their biscuits are amazing!!! Snow crab is good. They have a lot to choose from on their menu. Service -10/0. Their Service is completely ridiculous. We have been there for over 2 hours more then one time waiting for good and had to go somewhere else. Are glasses will always go empty. Food will come out wrong. Food will come out in 30 mins periods. And all of this has happened when there was hardly anyone there. Haven’t been back there in a year or so and it’s sad because there food is really good.

Always good food, celebrated my son's birthday. The staff came to sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO HIM n saved his ice cream cake for us in the freezer. Great fun

Was there last week worst dinner I have had in a long time lobster had no taste what so ever. Crab was also bad. Service was not. That good we ordered scallops and did not get them. The wife couldn't eat her dish terrible. I will have to go somewhere else to satisfy my lobster taste

The coconut shrimp and sauce are amazing. So are the cheddar biscuits and mashed potatoes... yummy!! I wish the wait time was shorter, but you have to wait for consistently good food like this.

My wife and I ate here on a Wednesday night, immediate seating! Whoop whoop! We shared two orders of their steamed mussels (since we both LOVE mussels!) our waitress was friendly, punctual, not overbearing at all. Wait time for food and beverages was minimal. Great food, service and staff! Highly Recommend Red Lobster of Bakersfield!!
