Good wings, but the service sucks. Employees don't seem to give a rats ass if you wait for 35 min. It wasn't even crowded. We will not go back. We were very patient but wanted to walk out. Something needs to change in the food area. More people or better production.

I can see why this place can't even reach a 3 star rating on Yelp (more commonly used platform). Went tonight for the first time in quite sometime. After waiting over 50 minutes for ONE 10 piece combo, I had to cancel my order. Absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the poor quality of management and employees. Personally was raised to say, "excuse me" when trying to pass by someone, not bump into someone and not say anything. Doubt I'll give this shot again, too long of wait for average wings. If you look at the previous reviews, you'll see that the wait is no joke. Doesn't matter if you call in, order online, through the app or in person, BE PREPARED TO WAIT.

This place was horrible from the beginning to the end. Ordered online so I could skip the waiting on line to pick up. When I got the it was moderately busy and I walked up to register with the big sign that said online order pickup. Skip the line. I was rudely told by the cashier to get in line and wait. I explained to her I ordered online which apparently did not matter because I was told to wait in line. By the time I was able to pay it was 10 minutes past my pick up time. Wings weren't ready. Bad customer service and food took easy too long. On to the wings. I ordered a thirty piece with fries and veggie sticks. 10 hot, 10 garlic parmesan, and 10 lemon pepper. I was given the bag with a tray of fries just tossed on top and off course all them just spilled into the bag. The wings were terrible. The garlic wings and the lemon pepper both had no flavor. The only difference was one was sticky. The hot wings were cold and way over cooked. If I could give less than one star I would. Don't waste your money away this place.

I'm sitting at the wing stop right now "15 min wait" turns into an hour wait. And still haven't got my food. Service is ass but food is good. Alexius almost burnt the kitchen. Fellas, don't wife her up. For the sake of your safety.

This place is good but always slammed at night. Online order is never ready the two times I went. Will not return. I stood next to a guy said he had to wait 30 minutes and was there on time for his order.
