Absolutely disgusting! Place smelled like a dirty humid old sauna. Employee was pressure washing the floors and equipment when I came in. The water was flying all over the place. Obviously contaminating the food prep area and where they store pizza toppings. Declined getting my dirty water soaked food and left. Filed online complaint with corporate said manager from store would call and that was weeks ago. Obviously a lack of concern for food safety and public health by this locationâ€™s owner manager etc. Steveâ€™s Pizza just up the street better quality, friendlier staff, and clean which is nice.

I made an online order at 9:35 that said it would arrive at 9:55. We waited until 10:15 to call and see what was going on. When we called they said they only had one driver and that they hadn't even started working on our pizza so we decided to cancel the order. I called right back and reordered for carry out so that I wouldn't have to deal with the delivery issues and she told me it would be ready in 20 mins. When I got there 20 mins later, the lady was on the phone and ignoring me for 10 mins until she finished the phone call. After waiting that long and having all those issues, she was STILL giving me attitude. So I cancelled my order again and ordered from Domino's.

Understaffed on a holiday weekend. When I mentioned it to whom I believe was a manager (based on uniform) she replied with "oh I forgot it was a holiday". My pizza came out first then I waited an extra 15 minutes for them to make garlic knots because they forgot to put it in the oven. Seems to be very poor organization in this store. Based on some ticks I observed it appears that there's heavy drug use by the one of the employees in charge. When I got home and went to eat my pizza I realized it wasn't even cut. I was offered $5 credit to apply towards my next visit but I won't return to this location, ever! Even If I was offered free food.

We waited almost two hours for delivery, only to be delivered cold pizza. When we called we were put on hold for 20 minutes. The manager argued with us after we were upset and also put us on hold again. Eventually a refund was given. Do not recommend.
