i order veggie bowl and we are allergic to meat and i found pieces of meat in bowl that sucks and i complained to the managaer on 05/08/2018 time(2.15pm) and i think they dont take this complained seriously manager told us to complained to corporate she said she was not here when we bought this thats really unprofessional answer and thay dont give you there name they font have there name tags on that very bad customer service i will never go chipottle any more .

The ladies that work there ALWAYS act as if you are inconveniencing them. I was hoping they were just having a bad day one time, but no it is always like this. This one seems to be different from the other Chipotle's. The mall Chipotle does not double wrap the burrito when it cannot close and the food is not fresh. My tortilla is so hard. Yuck! Only one lemon per container. The other chipotles put two at least. Food was cold by time I got home which is just around the corner. If you have a special request ex. (Putting fresh cilantro on the Rice) you have to dumb it down for them to understand, and when they do it is with a major attitude. Never ever will I go back there! I'd rather drive all the way out to the Chipotle by river walk then this one! I even bet I could get home from the one at river walk and my food would still be warm!

I attempted to go to Chipotle in the Plaza Valley Mall 2 times in 4 days. Both times the food was dry, there were no grilled vegetables or sofritas available, and people looked at me like I was crazy for wanting it to be better. I watched them throw away half a container of brown rice to put in a new container of brown rice. If the owner of this store is not making money, this is why.

very horrible experience i came by to this job fair around 8am -8:30am on the date 6/30/2017 took around an hour past their end time to start the actual "job fair " due to complications......this job fair was just an excuse for a public mass interviews which was unprofessional of them to begin with..... feel like its not a right job for someone to start out looking for work. talked to a employee wont release their name publicly but they told me it was more of last min thing to have a job fair rather than interview the potential employees one by one...... I go around to rate current jobs employment system and how it works to best pick your child's next career choice so they don't get the short end of the stick in modern day society.
