Staff unhelpful, prices are different from to go menu compared to their register order charge. This location has Removed the $20 boneless flavor fix promotion and the Brazilian mix flavor option but the other Broadway still has Both Promotions, and more. I'd recommend that one instead. Also these are franchise owned so don't expect any actual improvements to be made. Owner probably doesn't care anyways, soda machine isn't maintained well other things wrong too but not worth my time typing about. If you live in Eastlake go to wings and things, if you don't mind the drive go to Wing Stop in Broadway, better results I promise.

Can you simply be "whelmed"? Ordered delivery on 13 November 2017 and got a meal which was neither bad nor amazing. I ordered the mild wings, some fries and some boneless BBQ and Louisiana Dry rub. The wings are decent sized and cooked well (a little too much for my taste but not bad). The Louisiana Rub was the best of the bunch and BBQ wasn't half bad. The fries were on point after accounting for delivery wimpening (you can never get good fries delivered). My only real complaint is the Bleu Cheese and Ranch dressing. Neither was on par and is the single reason I won't order from here again. Overall I got a standard meal with OK wings for a reasonable price. The problem is I really like wings and eat them rarely so when I get them, I really want them to stand out. There are other delivery options that are only slightly more expensive which are significantly tastier.

1st time here and I liked the boneless wings. Fresh and crunchy with tasty sauce. There was a wait due to a large call in order. Tried their 1/2 BBQ and 1/2 garlic. Took it home.
