I'm not happy with this Jack in the Box at all! My husband, brother in law and I came to eat around 12:15am. The manager took our order, gives us the wrong change, then throws a fit and literally says "What the *uck does it even matter!" He was STILL short on our change, but walked away from us. My brother in law ordered separate, asked for his receipt but completely ignored him, and again, walked away. We waited for almost an hour for our food. Then he threw random food in a cart and waved his hands saying "done". I told him it was wrong and he says "no, this is what you ordered." Luckily I had my receipt, but my brother in law's order was wrong. He just didn't have a receipt to show for proof! He refused to give him the correct order. All the while, another female worker, possibly assistant manager didn't come to apologize or help us get the order right. No apology from either of them. Plus the food was undercooked and cold. They didn't care, and I gave up trying to explain it to them. That's how frustrated I was. The managers are poorly trained, bad customer service skills to boot!

This place is absolutely terrible. They consistently forget to include multiple items in order, I highly recommend checking over everything before driving too far or just simply avoiding this restaurant.

I ordered two meals and a milkshake and half the order was wrong. We ordered it for Dine-in and they gave it to us as take away. it took an additional 10 minutes to get the order correct and it was too crowded not clean and and they had ran out of ketchup.

So I decided to go get myself a salad after school since I forgot my luch at home. I asked for a club salad and asked for it without corn. They told me( the girl taking the order and probably her supervisor/manager) that they were already pre made. I explained that I have allergic reactions to corn, that it was the reason why I choose the salad (since pretty much everything has corn syrup or some type of corn based ingridient) The guy (who i believ was the manager) repeated in a really rude tone, that they were already made and that he could do nothing about it. I have worked the food related jobs such as fast food and restaurants for several years and I know they do have more lettuce to make the salad with. It makes me sad to think that this place doesnt pay attendion to things that are so important and basic such as allergies. I know is rare to be allergic to corn but they need to be mindful to other without being rude.
