Great food great service! Greeter was very prompt and courteous. Server prompt and courteous. Coffee fresh and seating area clean. Took my order very quickly as well. Love the AC being utilized in this establishment. (Male shorts an T-shirt) Manger runs a tight crew and takes this establishment serious. Considering I really only have two choices for diners in Otay I choose Ihop.

IHOP is a chain of restaurants that usually offers the same food that any other IHOP. If you have ever eaten in one they all are pretty much the same, they have a good menu offering breakfast, lunch and dinner. The have omelettes, pancakes, French toast, waffles, hamburgers, dinner plates, light plates, soups, salads, sodas, teas, coffee, shakes, French fries, desserts and more. All you have to do is look at their menu and ask. Prices are good if you go with a family of four expect to spend around $55-$60 including the tip. Service had always been nice and the waitress and waitress are always very nice to my kids. I like their children's menu has a little bit of everything. Their pancakes are very yummy.

both of us had Montezuma's Revenge after breakfast. Something not right there! Cold pancakes, too. A shame because it is a nice place and service was good.

I usually love this place but my food came out warmish not hot, like it sat for a while. Asked for crispy bacon but got flimsy bacon, my pancakes were warm at best, it could hardly melt the butter it came with. My son however got hot pancakes so that's good at least. Don't usually have an issue here. Great family place, great service.
