Rubios is really good. Good for quick food!

Usually I don't come in for lunch, but today service changed my experience and expectation. Janice was the girl who attended us and was amazing!! She smiled and gave eye contact while I was ordering. My daughter is picky when it comes to ordering food. And Janice made it pleasant and made sure the order was correct before it arrived to us. She came to see if everything was OK and if she can do anything else to accommodate our needs. Her customer service is excellent!! My family and I have a new favorite place to eat, thank you Janice !! Your hard work shows values and perfection.

I love the food here, got hooked on Rubios Tacos in 1999. Cannot have the tacos any more, no gluten for me. But the bowls are terrific. I order without rice. They see to it it is made just right and no rice. :) Very pleased. My once a month treat to me. Now if they would forgo soy and gluten. :) May be add sprouted rice.

Not the cleanest tables and the chips that came with my burrito were all crushed and tiny. Bottom of the bag for sure. Gee thanks. For $11 not really worth it.
