Love their nachos. The owner makes sure you get your monies worth. He sells quality desserts and pastries. You won't go wrong here.

Love this place, love the owners, love the food. Best little French Cafe around, and right on the pier. My husband and I use it as a nice brunch and sit outside to people watch.

Delicious food prepared by an actual French Chef in a casual setting by the beach. Very healthy fresh dishes! I'm not making this up! Born & raised in France with culinary training, his work & travels brought him, and his Asian wife to California. PAR AMOUR is their concept; small casual location, yet each food order is quickly prepared to the customer's liking (vegan, veggie, gluten-free, etc) The flavors & seasonings are fantastic. The freshness & quality show pride of the owners. Very affordable prices too! Desserts? Oui, but of course! Parched pears & cherries in a wine-based sauce, a few of these are ready in the display cooler, along with choclate-covered creations! The cold drinks cooler has an amazing assortment to choose from. Most are beach-friendly containers. Snacks such as huge fluffy pretzels, and single pizzas cater to younger eat-on-the run customers. Outside table dining only, on the patio with table umbrellas for cover. You will be called to pick up your order. Enjoy this unique eatery, the beach, the sunset, the scenery, all in one visit.
