Plain and usual. Predictable if not ideal food quality. Then again the expense the customer puts forth places limits on the results of rained most of the time. Definitely,, the efforts to serve gladly and politely and to listen to what customers wish and say or not say to staff is Very Important. If no attention is given to customer feedback, then the place will loose customers in the end. Selection to proper staffing is important for a business to succeed.

Everything great with Service and food but Security from parking lot is really rude, didn't even let me Park when he was hitting my widow with something and telling me I only had 30 min from that point to order, eat and leave, very nasty person and extremely rude, GMI should give their guards a customer service training. Management from Jack in the box extremely nice and understanding, I was thinking of not ordering and leaving but her and the Cashier who took my order where asome!!

Raw, thick, singe of nose hair ammonia stench of piss build up from the men's room urinals.. I literally had to hold my breath and could have puked ... I have complained the JIB multiple times, I'd receive a call with an apology, I don't want that any more... It is by far the worst anyware .. There are options to mitigate this problem but I guess they refuse or don't care. Love that they are open early in the morning! And you can find a Jack in the Box almost anywhere and it gets you out of a jam when in a hurry

Food and employees here are absolutely vile. I have never been served anything drenched in grease before in my life until I came here. Cashiers and employees are downright rude who couldn’t care less about their job. It’s packed and way too busy. They also have a 30 minute maximum seating which is strictly enforced. I have been kicked out of here after 18 minutes. That is not good customer service at all!
