The customer service is amazing. But that's the only great thing about this place. The food taste like it's been warmed up in a microwave. The employees spend more time socializing with each other than working. The food will be warm on the outside but cold on the inside. The coffee taste literally like dirt. Not like organic fruits but like actual dirt. The employee who served us, Emilio, was really nice. But he accidently only gave us four utensils instead of five. Which was a little annoying. But the biggest issue I had with this visit is because there was a hair in my kid's food. A HAIR IN MY KIDS FOOD. the manager did come and ask if there was anything he could do but the visit was already so bad that we just told him it's fine. We lost our appetites and left. I wouldn't bother coming to this location again. It's so not worth it.

they all are friendly. Menu is somewhat the same as the ones in the U S. and they are in English.Not the same specials though.Parking ticket is only validated for a discount. but whats' 8 pesos to a dollar? And as always it's cheaper. $28.38 cents.not bad

Went with a few friends visiting from the state's and this was the first time any of us have eatin IHOP in Mexico but it was hella bomb and defenintly fantastic as any IHOP in the states if not better.... Oh the service at this Mexican IHOP was on point for sure very good service and was quick to help us when ever we were in need of anything..... all n all a great experexperience and would definitely recommend and visit again anytime......

It's very good they have delicious pancakes and meals as well as full breakfast menu they also have pastas and sandwiches hamburgers they got it all it's very good and tasty recommended

The place is big and has great customer service. They also have fast service. The Breakfast sampler and Colorado Omelette are my favorites to order. I'm more of a waffles person, even if their specialty are hotcakes. Their waffles are very big and have good taste.
