The worst experience at an Applebee's I've ever endured. From being made fun of because the assumption that another guest and I could not understand spanish, to simply feeling belittled for easy requests (statements like: "the Americans want BBQ sauce"). Honestly, the bar is near the table we sat at; and, all they did was make bashful comments on appearance, our order, and stared due to the lack of guests. Blatant and uncomfortable if your skin color is not brown.

Slow service and a waitress that doesn't like her job.

Mar 31, 2017
Extremely bad service. More than 15 minutes for a waiter to show up, to tell me he would get my waiter. Had to wait another 10 minutes when he finally showed up. I've been here 40 minutes and still don't have my dinner. I'm starving.

Great place to eat

Super slow service took 1hr just to be seated and another 45min just to meet the waiter and then didn't see her for 20 min when I finally decided just to pay for my drinks and go cause she was taking too damn long and the manager was basically useless and doesn't know how to manage a restaurant. I don't recommend to anyone! This hasn't been my fist chance that I have given this location. I've came plenty of times before and they always seem to mess up orders and sell food that tastes super dry and old. May possibly be reheating items from days past.
