Eating here is a 50/50 chance. They do some things very well and others so poorly it boggles my mind. They simply CANNOT make a decent Chicken Fajita Pita at this location.....every pita from this store has significantly less inside it than other JIB locations near or far! They usually do a great job on burgers and shakes at this store. (I'm not a fry person, so I don't have an opinion on that food.) JIB tacos are well, JIB tacos day or night. We are regulars at JIB no matter where we are living, so we have many years of history with this location and many others. I just wish this store could make a good Chicken Fajita Pita!

System was updating when i wanted to place the order the 1st time waited patiently for 15 mins. Got to the window amd tried to order and he tried telling me the same thing .I told him i was patient waiting for 20min by now(he only said 10 min) and finally said ok its updated 😒10 mins after that. If you dont want to take orders dont go to work. Plus my recipet says no tomatoes on all food and all food has them 😢..

If it's Friday, beware of the traffic! Parking is limited and the location is typically filled with impatient computers crossing city to city. Multiple major freeways intersect here and it's a end of week each person for himself atmosphere.

if this is for the centerville jack.the lack of clenliness in the store and cooking area are the same messy conditions as in the irvington jack, when a customer comes in the store, and sees all the women laughing and talking like theres nothing better to do,they could be cleaning up the seating and cooking areas, and then there would not be comments like this made.

A smaller restaurant! Parking is small! However, food is typical of other in the chain!
