I have been to this restaurant many times in the past and had always received good food and service. On a recent visit, my wife and I were seated in the front of the restaurant near the front desk. What we saw and heard from some of the staff were unacceptable. We overheard a loud-talking female senior staff member(with purple hair) making an obscene and off-color joke about a certain part of a man's anatomy with a male counterpart right in front and within earshot of restaurant patrons. My wife was both shocked and offended, as I am sure other customers who heard it were as well. There were families with children around but that, apparently, did not matter to her. Total disregard and disrespect of the restaurant's patrons. Also, a younger female staff member who was one of the two hostesses on duty thought it would be a cool and cute idea to try to attract some much needed attention to herself by repeatedly jumping up and down by the podium right in front of the whole restaurant like someone who is possessed and in a trance. It was a surreal sight. I hope the owner reads this and take corrective action to restore professionalism among the staff through better training and get the staff to clean up its act.

Came here for family dinner on Chinese New Year Eve, which was probably a big mistake. It was so crowded. But being a banquet style restaurant, you would expect them to be able to handle the volume. The only thing they did was jack up the prices substantially and lower the quality of food to make extra money. Forget about service, the food was really bad. Lower than average quality ingredients, the chicken and oysters were not very fresh, the fish was even worse. The whole meal was a total of $600 for 8 people. Nothing was good, except the walnuts next to the shrimps. Not come back!

I’m not gonna lie; whenever I’ve been here to eat (5+ times) the food is always ordered by my wife and in laws who speak Chinese. They order a wide range of awesome foods and I’m never disappointed. If you come for dim sum on the weekends come early or be prepared to wait in line.

Dim sum quality is pretty stable here. We had 柚子皮 this time and surprisingly good

If you are looking for dim sum during the weekend, the variety of food in carts drops dramatically after 12pm. They don't provide the dim sum menu (which is not the same as entrée menu) so it's hard to order unless you've known some names of dishes after 12pm. Food quality is worse than what it was in 6 months to two years ago. Very noisy as well so you can not hear people around the same table. Never come back again.
