I love DiCiccos but not this one. The one on Cedar and Need or Clinton and Weber are better. Had three pieces of plastic cook inside of my Cakzone and my wife's pasta was completely overcooked. They didn't charge us for the meals at least.

My husband and I went to have an early dinner. We went on a Tuesday around 3:30. We were seated right away. We sat at our table for 20 minutes before we got up and walked out. None of the waiters came to our table to get our drink order. There were two waiters in our area that were helping the tables around us but never came to our table. We were never acknowledged or even notified that, maybe, our waiter would be out soon to help us. I Love DiCiccos and was very disappointed. Other locations have much better service, with a friendly and helpful staff. Shaw and Van Ness, Cedar and Nees, Clinton and Weber, the one downtown on Abby near Divisadero and the location in Oakhurst.

Ordered take out and got the worst meal I've ever had, the pasta was dry, they did not season the sauce or salt the pasta, the sauce wasn't smoothe and creamy, instead it was thick, clumpy and lumpy and not enough sauce to coat the pasta...I've had better Alfredo sauce in a frozen dinner. My husband's calzone wasn't much better, the meat balls tasted store bought, the sauce tasted raw and very acidic...again store bought pasta sauce would have been an improvement. Obviously they don't seem to care about the quality of the food they are serving.

Went here instead of olive garden. Horrible. Asked for salad with Italian dressing and told ran out. Then my daughter asked for ranch and out. Husband orders a steak and have to see if they have one. They have one order medium rare more on rare comes back well. We send back to kitchen and advised there is no more steaks or can give one back or order something else. We order shrimp but taking forever so we advise waiter we need to leave as need to go to work. Bill comes and steak meal is there for charging. Just bad experience will not ever go back to this diciccos.
